Description

This interactive workshop helps participants build clear, compelling CVs for job applications in their new country. Designed to demystify local job-seeking norms, the session includes live demonstrations, peer review, and 1:1 feedback.
It emphasizes transferable skills, volunteer roles, and non-linear career paths often present in migrant experiences.

Objectives

• Introduce local CV and cover letter formats, including the Europass tool
• Build participants’ confidence in presenting their experience and motivation
• Help identify transferable skills from diverse contexts (e.g., informal work, volunteering)
• Provide practical tips on tailoring applications to different roles

Prerequisites for the audience
