Description

Language Tandems provide an opportunity for migrant participants and host communities to practice language skills through mutual exchange. Each participant teaches their language to their peer in an interactive, informal setting. Activities include reading newspapers together, discussing comprehension, and sharing expressions from different cultures.

Objectives

Participants will:
• Develop language skills through peer-to- peer learning
• Improve speaking, listening, and comprehension in a new language
• Gain insight into different cultural expressions and traditions
• Foster social integration and intercultural dialogue
