Description

This workshop supports library staff in defining the boundaries and possibilities of digital assistance for visitors. Together, the group will reflect on the types of help they are comfortable and allowed to offer, agree on common language, and co-create a “Digital Assistance Charter” draft.

Objectives

Through this activity, librarians will learn to:
• Define clear, realistic limits for digital assistance at the library.
• Build staff confidence in offering consistent, appropriate digital help.
• Encourage collaboration on drafting user-friendly guidelines.
