Description

An inclusive, community-driven workshop series where migrants with professional or specialist knowledge are invited to share their skills, insights, and personal experiences of adjusting to life in a new country. These workshops create space for both learning and dialogue, and mentors, while fostering local connections and community resilience.

• Highlight and value the professional and life experience of migrants.
• Create learning opportunities led by diverse community voices.
• Encourage dialogue about career adaptation, re-skilling, and navigating systems in a new country.

Prerequisites for the audience

• Interest in professional development or local job markets
• Some fluency in the local language (or languages of the invited speakers) is helpful
