Description

This workshop will develop participants’ awareness of the variety of search engines available, give an overview of some (Bing, Google, etc.) and focus on their various economic models, modus operandi etc.

Simple use of a standard search engine such as Google

Equipment

A computer with a projector or one computer per three participants (the latter option is recommended)
An internet connection
A board/writing surfaces with chalk/markers
